Regina Bryson

Waynesville, Regina Lynn Bryson joined the angels of heaven on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the age of 50. She was a loving daughter and sister and a joy to all who knew her. She will be remembered for her infectious smile and her generous "Hi!" A Cherokee County native, Regina was born on August 10, 1965 and baptized at St. William Catholic Church. Regina is survived by her mother, Patricia Besanceney Bryson of Warne; father Reginald D. Bryson of Peachtree; sisters, Kathy (Shawn) Sexton of Cumming, Georgia and Susie Bryson of Whittier; brothers, Danny Bryson of Murphy, Mike Bryson of Murphy, and her twin, Reggie Bryson and his wife, Souha Khawam of Salem, Virginia; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2016 at St. William Catholic Church in Murphy with Father J.A. Voitus presiding. Regina will be inurned at the columbarium at St. William Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cerebral Palsy research.
