Regina Michalak

Regina B. Michalak, 89, of Asheville, died Tuesday, July 5, 2011. A native of Lucas County, Ohio, she was a daughter, of the late John and Helen Repotski Sokoloski. Regina retired from Champion Spark Plug and moved to Asheville in 1995. She was a member of the Basilica of St. Lawrence.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Michalak.
She is survived by her son, Jerome Haas, and his wife, Karen; nephews, Tom Gary and Fred Sokoloski and dear friend, Norma
The family will receive friends on Thursday (today) from 6-8PM at Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn, Candler. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, July 8th at the Basilica of St. Lawrence, Asheville. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
