Rhenya Lunsford

Rhenya D. Bryant Lunsford, 51, of Arden, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016. A native of Asheville, she was the daughter of Johnny Bryant and Maxine Metcalf. She grew up in the Haw Creek area. Rhenya loved gardens and flowers. She would hunt for seashells at the beach and loved watching the sunrises and sunsets with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Don Lunsford; was a loving mother to Brandi Lunsford; adoring grandma to Kalista Greene; daughter to Johnny Bryant and Maxine Metcalf; sister to Robert "Dane" Metcalf, and loving companion to her pet, Tucker.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00PM on Saturday, June 4 in the Chapel of Faith, Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
