Richard Pagano

Richard M. Pagano, 83, of Candler, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016. He was born in Cranston, RI in 1933 to the late Joseph and Gaetana "Gadie" Gargano Pagano. He lived in Rhode Island most of his life and enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf and vegetable gardening when he wasn't running his jewelry manufacturing business, Jan-Craft. He was also an avid pool player and received many awards from Arthur Murray Dance Studio. While in Candler, he was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janet A. Stone Pagano and brother, Mario.
Richard is survived by his sons, Richard (Gail) of Saunderstown, RI, Ray Pagano and daughter, Lynn Pagano, both of Candler; brother, Joseph Pagano; sister Ann Marie Pagano Gabriel both of Rhode Island and grandchildren, Jason Pagano and Jessica Pagano Apostolou.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held in Rhode Island at a later date. He will be laid to rest with his wife at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
