Robert Neri

Waynesville-Robert John "Bobby D." Neri, age 58, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2006 at his residence. A native of Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Bernard Michael and Catherine Petito Neri and was also preceded in death by one brother, Bernard Neri. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of VFW Post 5202. Robert's service to his country was very important to him. He was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Madeline Neri; one daughter, Kristi Mynatt and her husband, Todd, of Waynesville; two sisters, Catherine Wood and her husband, Robert, and Joyce Fererro and her husband, Peter; and four grandchildren, Gabrielle, Shelby, Dane, and Hunter Mynatt. The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 1:00 p.m. and also from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2006 at Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville. Military rites will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. following the afternoon visitation by VFW Post 5202 and American Legion Post 47. Memorials may be made to Francis Fund for Animals, P.O.
