Ronald Bryson

Waynesville, Ronald Mack "Ronnie" Bryson, age 56, of Bradley Street, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at The Homestead. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was the son of Juanita Messer Bryson and the late Mack Carl Bryson. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Johnnie Mack Bryson. He was a mechanic at Terry Brother's Construction and a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Ronnie enjoyed gardening, Carolina basketball, NASCAR, and his dog, Angel. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Josh Bryson and his wife, Autumn, of Wilmington and Cody Bryson of Waynesville; two sisters, Joyce Tharpe (Lee) of Gainesville, Georgia and Cindy Coward (Keith) of Clyde; and one grandson, Josh. Private funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Larry Reeves and Reverend Ted Reeves officiating. Burial was at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with Keith Wood, Leonard Fish, Ronald Fish, Mike Phillips, Randy Reeves, Mike Messer, Howard Messer and Luck Coward serving as pallbearers.
