Ronald Green

Waynesville-Ronald C. Green, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was the son of the late Paul and Blanche Mann Green. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp and was employed by the Town of Canton as a fireman. Ronald was an avid fisherman and loved all animals. He is survived by his fiancé, Bonnie Suttles; one son, Matthew Green, of Canton; two daughters, Amy McCracken and her husband, John, Brandy Parker and her husband, Frank; two step-daughters, Lisa and Deborah Suttles, all of Clyde; a step-son, Neil Suttles and his wife, Kim, of Roanoke, VA; the mother of his children, Rosemary Green; one sister, Paula Carden and her husband, Jimmy, of Sylva; one brother, Tony Green and his wife, Kathy, of Kingsport, TN; a half brother, Charlie Mann; two grandchildren, Lucas and Eli Parker; and one niece, Ty Green. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2007 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Ricky Mason officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at the funeral home, and at other times, at the home of Bonnie Suttles, 80 Candlelight Circle, Clyde.
