Rose Brooks

Rose Jane Brooks, 91, of Candler passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Pisgah Manor. She was a daughter of the late Bess Byrd and James Turner Davis. She was also preceded in death by her son Malcolm Brooks, husband Benjamin Brooks and two sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Viki Warren and husband Robert, sisters, Frances Davis, Mary Jo Carter and Emily Wooten all of Candler, three grandsons, four great-grandchildren, special friends Kathleen and Jerry Fish of Candler and her favorite cat Blackie.

Graveside services will be held 2PM, Saturday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Adam Vernon officiating.
