Ruby Gaddy

Mrs. Gaddy, 99, widow of Herman Gaddy, died Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Born in Asheville, NC, she was a daughter of the late Zebulon and Julie Ingles Hawkins.

Surviving are her daughter, Justine James of Florence, SC; son, Leon (Darlene) Gaddy, Sr.; grandchildren, Pam Fountain, Kathy McClellan, John (Myrna) James, Beth (Tony) Cox, Sally (Eugene) Ammons, Ken James, Leon (Paige) Gaddy, Jr., Naomi (Danny) Holley. She was preceded in death by her son, Melvin Gaddy and her daughter, Alice Marie Gaddy.

Funeral services for Ruby Gaddy, 99, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Mountain Home Primitive Baptist Church, 64 Morris Street, Asheville, NC 28806. Burial will be in Pisgah View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 ' 2 p.m. at the church. Memorials may be made to Mountain Home Primitive Baptist Church, c/o E.
