Samuel Chapman

Waynesville, Baby Samuel Belk Chapman, son of Brian and Allison Chapman passed away peacefully Monday morning, December 28, 2009 at Haywood Regional Medical Center after two precious hours with family. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Will and Henry Chapman; grandparents, Fred and Shelby Belk of Kannapolis, NC and Charles and Sandra Chapman of Kannapolis, NC. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday January, 4, 2010 at Long's Chapel United Methodist Church with Reverend Dr. Charles "Chuck" Wilson, II officiating. The family will receive friends following the services in the Venue of Long's Chapel UMC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Long's Chapel UMC Endowed Scholarship Fund, Post Office Box 459, Lake Junaluska, NC 28745.
