Tera Purvis

Waynesville-Tera Lynne Antoon Purvis, age 22, of 432 Westwood Circle, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 29, 2005. A native of Fayette County, Pennsylvania, she was a former resident of Charleston, SC and moved to Haywood County in 1997. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Theodore and Mary Antoon. She is survived by her father, John Antoon, of Uniontown, PA; her mother, Terri Lynne Thurby Jameson and her husband, Lawrence; her husband, Brian Purvis; a daughter, Cameran Lynne Purvis, 2; and a son, Joseph Christopher Purvis, 4½; brothers, John Antoon and Kirby Manown, all of Waynesville; a stepsister, Desireé Haskell and her husband, Harry, of Marietta, SC; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Shirley Thurby, Sr. of Markleysburg, PA; inlaws, Jane, Hannah, Adam, and Doug Jones, all of Waynesville. Services and burial will be in Uniontown, PA. Memorials may be made to the Haywood County Public Library, 678 S. Haywood Street, Waynesville, NC 28786.
