Thelma King

Canton- Thelma Louise King - age 75 died Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at Community Care #3. She was a daughter of the late Will Lewis and Lura Stines King. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Elsie Clark, Ora Jones, Marie Mitchell, Blanche Hall and Artie Messer and six brothers, Earl, Clyde, Kelly, Laddie, Guy and Guston King. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2006 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Winfred Bennett and Reverend Jeff King officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery on Newfound Road.
