Thomas Jones

Waynesville-Tommy David Jones, age 55, of Osceola Circle, died Thursday, January 3, 2008 at his residence. A native of Haywood County, he was the son of Lucille Edwards of Oregon and the late Julius Jones. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Danny Jones. He was a self-employed electrician. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jeannie Jones; five brothers, Tim Jones of Balsam, Talmage Jones of Hyatt Creek, Joe Jones and his wife, Jennifer, Willie Jones and wife, Myrtle, and Jerry Jones and his wife, Joyce, all of Waynesville; one stepsister, Angie Webb, of Haywood County; as well as nieces and nephews, especially five great nieces and nephews, Austin, Tyler and Riley Bolden and Hunter and Alaina O'Riley. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 6, 2008 at Sulfur Springs Freewill Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
