Thomas Mullen

Waynesville, Thomas Charles Mullen, age 55, of Locust Grove Drive, died on Saturday, October 18, 2008 in Maggie Valley. A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, he had resided in the Waynesville area since 1975. He was the son of John R. and Patricia Poppelreiter Mullen. He worked as a carpenter for Mullen Construction Company and was an active outdoorsman. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son, Chris Mullen and his wife, Jennifer, of Cutler Bay, Florida and two grandchildren, Jordyn and Brody Mullen. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 22, 2008 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home.
