Thomasine Howell

Upper Crabtree Community, Thomasine Howell, age 94, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024, at CarePartners of Asheville after a brief illness.  A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Noland and Bennie-Mae Hill.  

She is also preceded in death by her husband Roy Howell who passed in 1984; three sisters, Pauline Rogers, Lucille Sutton and Lottie Hall; an infant brother, Quentin Noland.

Thomasine was a Homemaker and a faithful member of Waynesville Christian Fellowship.  She enjoyed her flower gardening and was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her two sons, Gary Howell (Cynthia) and Eric Howell; two grandchildren, Zachary and Rebecca Howell.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Upper Crabtree Community Cemetery.
