Timothy Trantham

Waynesville, Timothy John Trantham, age 49, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at his residence.

Timothy was the son of John Trantham, and his wife, Kim and Norma Stiles Messer, and her husband, Wilford.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Jason Messer.  Timothy was employed by Ameritech Slope Contractors and was of the Baptist Faith.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting pool and digging ginseng.

In addition to his parents, Timothy is survived by a daughter, Bryanna Mackey (Jesse); sister, Sally Trantham; three brothers, Pete Messer, John Trantham (Leslie) and Coy Trantham; and one grand-dog, Wizard.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2020 at Jonathan Valley Baptist Church with Reverend Billy Ferguson officiating.  Burial will follow at Panther Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

The care of Timothy has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Homes.
