Victor Holder

Waynesville, Victor George Holder, age 81, of Squaw Ridge Road, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at MedWest Harris Regional Hospital. A native of Graves, Kentucky, he was the son of the late George and Ida Mae Beckett Holder and was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia A. Holder, and one brother. He was a retired Gunny Sergeant having served in the Marine Corp for 20 years. Victor was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He is survived by one daughter Victoria Ann Thompson and companion, Lillian Owen; three sons, Robert Lee Holder of Round Rock, Texas, Christopher George Holder, of Corpus Christie, Texas, and Victor Murray; three sisters; one brother; and two granddaughters, Emily and Kayle Holder. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Fairview Baptist Church with Reverend Jennings Sizemore officiating.
