Waynesville, Victor Lee Muse, age 70, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Memorial Mission Hospital.

Victor was a native of Haywood County, the son of the late Richard and Edna Ensley Muse and was also preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Muse. He was a former employee of Pet Dairy and Harrah's. Victor loved antique restoration and horses.

Victor is survived by a daughter, Shai Muse (Bill Thomas); two sons, Beau and Shane Muse (Keri); a sister, Debbie Long (Martin); a brother, Steve Muse (Twila); sister-in-law, Emily Muse; a girlfriend, Teresa Southard; four grandchildren, Kelsey, Kolby, Kaden and Kinley and his special friends, Doyle Mathis, Jimmy Plemmons, Danny Hyatt, Bambi Church, and Jennifer Morgan and her girls.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2018 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Brent Stewart and Susan McCall officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m. prior to services at the funeral home and at other times at the home of Shane Muse at 228 Palmer Road in Waynesville.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made to Lily Pad Haven (transitional housing for human trafficking survivors) where Shai volunteers as their Event Coordinator. www.lilypad-haven.org
