Riverview, FL - Wendell Clarence Queen, age 56, passed away on June 12, 2014 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born on September 13, 1957, he was preceded in death by his mother Hilda R. Hill; stepfather J.B. Hill; father Carroll Wayne Queen Sr.; stepmother Willa Mae Queen; nephew Joseph Wendell Queen; and great niece, Taylor Nicole Queen. He was a member of the Interbay Moose Lodge of Tampa, Florida and was instrumental in building Fifi's Fine Resale Apparel stores. He had a passion for NASCAR, hunting, fishing and sports. He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Morgan Sutton; sisters Fifi Queen Abdian (Greg), Cici Queen Goodyear (A.J.), and Roni Hill; brothers Carroll Queen Jr. (Peggy) and Tommy Queen (Vickie); niece Allison Zogg (Jason); nephews Jereme Goodyear (Heather), Andy Goodyear (Misty), and Tommy Queen; and numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery in Canton.
