William Aaron Burke

William Aaron Burke, known as Aaron, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024.  His journey began on March 14, 1981, in Haywood County, North Carolina, where he was welcomed into the world with love and warmth.
 

He was a valued Radiology Technician in the medical field, where he had a great passion for his work and loved helping others. 
 
Aaron's passion for music shone brightly during his high school years as he led the way as the drum major at Pisgah High School.  Beyond his career, Aaron found joy in spending time with his friends and family and making the world a brighter place.
 
In the hearts of those who knew him best, Aaron's proudest accomplishments remain a testament of his dedication to his family and friends.  His legacy will live on through all of those who love him and were touched by his life.  He will be constantly remembered as the one who celebrated holidays to their fullest and gave the most thoughtful gifts. 
 

To honor Aaron’s life, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Donnie Henson, Reverend Phillip Wyatt officiating.  Burial will follow at Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at the funeral home.  

While we mourn Aaron's departure from this world, we are reminded of how deeply he touched our lives.  He now rests peacefully in the presence of Jesus, as he is reunited with his Maternal Grandfather, Reverend Jack Scott (Paps); and Paternal Grandparents Jim and Mozelle Burke.
 
Aaron is survived by a loving circle that includes his parents, Jimmy and Janet Scott Burke; Maternal Grandmother, Lois Scott of Canton; one beloved brother, Brandon Allen and his wife Mandy of Canton; niece Avery and nephew Eli Allen, both of which he cherished beyond words.
