William Crawford

William "Bill" Marion Crawford, Jr., 60, passed away on Wednesday, May 20th at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. Bill was born in Miami, Florida on June 6, 1954 and was raised in California and North Carolina, living in Candler for most of his adult life. He served in the United States Navy as a submarine machinist for four years.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Crawford, Sr.
Bill is survived by his wife of 35 years, Judy Massie Crawford; mother, Lola Chamberlain; sister, Linda Hillman; three daughters, Heather Parris, Jordon Crawford and Colby Crawford; three grandchildren, Kelly Comeau, Mason and Madison Loftis and great granddaughter, Zynna Comeau.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 24th from 2:00-6:00PM at their home at 71 Mountain Brook Drive, Candler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
