William Pressley

William Eugene Pressley III, better known as Billy, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2017. Daddy was born December 10, 1969, to the late William Eugene Pressley Jr. and Dorothy Lanelle Crigger. He was a native of Candler, where he made his dream come true, having his own business, Pressley Small Engine Repair.
In addition to papaw and mamaw, he is preceded in passing by his second parents, Kell and Dorothy Smith. I know you're being taken care of daddy.
Daddy leaves behind his two favorite girls, Hilda Pressley, his wife of 26 years, and his Nelly, his mini me, his little buddy, his daughter, Kelsie Pressley. He also leaves behind two-step children, Tina Honeycutt and Anthony Cox; his grandchildren, Nate and Tommy Honeycutt, Kyleigh Cox, and Elle Wilson. "Aunt Billy" leaves behind four great nieces and nephews, Shayla, Braxton, Cole, and Mason Murphy. Your four fur-babies, Lake, Gracie, Bear, and Boo-Boo miss you greatly. His brother-in-laws, Bill Smith and Gene Bryant; his sister-in-law Teresa England; his son Casey Pressley; and many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends.
When daddy wasn't working, he loved being with his girls, play with his animals, fishing, working outside, wrestling with his baby girl, and showing us that no matter what he would do whatever he could to make sure we were happy. He loved his family and his shop.
Through my daddy's life he taught me to be tough and do what you had to do to make it. Don't give up when times get hard, and most importantly "Don't start no shit, but make sure you finish it and let them know you were there!" Thank you for always fighting for me and raising me to be as tough as you were, after all we are just alike.
The family will receive friend Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the Moore Funeral Home Chapel from 2:00pm-3:30pm. The graveside service will follow at 3:30pm with Bobby Winebarger officiating.
