William Rouser

William Keith "Bill" Rouser, age 52, passed away peacefully at his home. A native of Orlando, Florida, he had lived most of his adult life in Haywood County. He was the son of the late Gene Rouser and Nell Mason. He was a Tuscola High School and Western Carolina University Graduate. Billy enjoyed nature and the mountains of Western North Carolina especially hiking, camping, and snow skiing. He also enjoyed music and attending local music festivals. He was an animal lover, especially dogs, and had given a home to many stray animals. He is survived by his loving partner, Robyn Schuster of Black Mountain; two sisters, Debbie Kirkpatrick and her husband, Taylor, of Clyde and Michelle Erickson and her husband, Chris, of Indialantic, FL; one brother, Mike Rouser and his wife, Cecily, of West Palm Beach, FL; and nieces and nephews, Rhianna Ritter and her husband, Hilton, Jessica Kirkpatrick, Abigal and Ryan Erickson, and Laura Rouser.
