William Smathers

Canton- William Worth Smathers, age 80, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and the son of the late Elwood and Treva Smathers. He was self-employed as a carpenter and enjoyed wood working. He is survived by two daughters, Hope and Tammy; and a brother Woody Smathers. No services are planned at this time.
