William "Bill" Sease

Waynesville, William Ralph "Bill" Sease, age 66, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at his home.

A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was the son of the late Jack and Mildred Arrington Sease.  Bill’s greatest joys were his family and caring for others.  He was passionate about helping others through his jobs as a paramedic and a CPA.  Bill was a lover of all kinds of music.  He was an unparalleled example of unconditional love and selflessness.

Bill is survived by his wife of 32 years, Marylee Koty Sease; his children, Rachel Diane Sease, Eliza Edwards (Zack) and Jackson Sease; his siblings, Mike Sease (Linda), Becky Owen (Jim) and Emily Watts (Dave); father-in-law, Lee Koty; brother-in-law, Dow Koty (Suzanne); beloved nieces and nephews; and many caring neighbors and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Camp Hope on June 8, 2019.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bill Sease EMT Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of Haywood County Schools Foundation, 1230 N. Main Street, Waynesville, NC 28786.
