Willie Frady

Canton - Willie Mae "Bill" Hyde Frady, age 82, of Mountain View Drive died Saturday, August 16, 2003 at Haywood Regional Medical Center.

She was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and the daughter of the late James and Nota Mae Green Frady.

She was a member of West Canton Baptist Church were she also served as a Sunday School teacher.

In addition to her husband, Glenn Monroe Frady of Canton, she is survived by a son, Terry Frady and his wife, Dee of McCarthy, AK; two sisters, Betty Hyde of Candler and Loretta Hyde of Greer, SC; a brother, Frank Hyde of Canton as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 18, 2003 at West Canton Baptist Church with the Reverend James Huey officiating. Burial will follow at Crawford/Ray Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:30 - 2:45 p.m. prior to the services at the church. Wells Funeral Home of Canton is in charge of arrangements where Mrs. Frady will remain until placed in the church 30 minutes prior to visitation.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to West Canton Baptist Church, 75 Lowe Street, Canton, NC 28716.
