Wilma Eby

Clyde, Wilma L. Eby, age 81, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 11, 2011. She had currently resided at Mountain Hart Retirement. Born March 26, 1929 in Paterson, N.J., she resided for many years in Wantage Township, N.J. before moving to Waynesville in 2001. She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Viola Scholl, step-mother Madelyn Scholl, and her husband of 52 years, Donald K. Eby. She is survived by her four children, Donna Paugh (husband Richard) of Florida; Jack Eby (wife Linda) of Tenn.; Cindy Schick (husband Jim) of Waynesville; and Pam DeYoung (husband Glenn) of Tenn.; nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; one sister June Forshay of N.J., numerous nieces and nephews. She retired from Jaeger's Market with 30 plus years of service. She loved children and animals and was a member of Beemerville Presbyterian Church, N.J. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2011 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Home. Reverend Eddie Deitz will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
