Wilma Packett

Clyde - Wilma Sue Pressley Packett, age 68, died on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at MedWest - Haywood. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Leona Gibson Pressley. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Roger and Roy Lee Rich. Wilma loved the outdoors. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Joseph Packett and a brother, James Pressley of Asheville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2011, at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Bruce Cayton officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
