Beth Ross Plemmons, 52, of Waynesville entered glory and met Jesus, the One who saved her and then completely healed her on May 24, 2021 surrounded by her family.
She was a native of Titusville, Florida until she moved to Waynesville at age 12. Beth graduated from Tuscola High School in 1987 and worked at Jan’s Hallmark until she became the owner of Beth’s Hallmark from 2003-2015.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 34 years Jeffery Plemmons; two children, Hannah Mae Moore and her husband, Chris, and Stephen Plemmons and his wife, Tori, all of Waynesville; one sister, Amy Burris and her husband, Mark, of Waynesville; two nieces, Bethany Tice and Lauren Willett; two brothers, Shane Ross and his wife, Hannah, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Aaron Ross and his wife, Kara, of Ft. Lauderdale Florida; her parents, Frank Ross (Barb) of Titusville, Florida, and Penny Ross of Waynesville; her lifelong friend, Alice Davis; and two grandchildren she loved dearly, Isla Kate Moore (3) and Oliver Stephen Plemmons (1).
Beth loved the Lord and lived to serve Him with her whole heart. She was a member of North Hazelwood Baptist Church since 1983 and was the youth leader, Bible School director, Sunday School teacher, and prayer warrior. She was active in the Haywood County Jail Ministry and Pathway Center.
She loved her family, and staying home with her two grandchildren. She loved studying her Bible, crafting, bird watching, racing with her family and helping others.
Her faith never waivered.
