Floella "Flo: Sharp

Canton – Floella “Flo” Rector Sharp, 78, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018 at her residence.

A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was a daughter of the late Jack Thomas and Willena Smith Rector.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Sharp, who died in 1986 and a brother, Charles Rector.  She was a member of Good News Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly “Kim” Sharp Harbin (Larry) of Canton; one son, Charles David Sharp (Debbie) of Burnsville; and one grandson, Caleb Harbin (Shelby) of Candler.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Crawford/Ray Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Steve Smith officiating.
